• Landscaping the whole Kemaman Municipal Council areas to create a town in the park which is beautiful, green, fresh and comfortable to live in besides taking care of the recreation parks and children's play ground so that they are well-maintained.
• To control new development planning such as housing, industrial and commercial areas through applying certain rules and landscaping guidelines for the purpose of beatification and landscaping.
• To plan and implement town, parks and sports field beautification projects in Kemaman Municipal Areas.
• To upgrade the main roads landscapes under the Kemaman Municipal Council administration.

A. Development Unit

• To control all kinds of landscape development under the administration of Kemaman Mucipal Council which involves early application approval process until the recommendation of issuing Certificate of Fitness for Occupancy for landscape plan of any development plan.
• To plan and build new public recreation place for nearby residents' facilities to have recreation and social activities.

B. Maintenance & Research Unit

• To manage cutting down and chopping off shady trees branches in all public areas of Kemaman Municipal Council
• To ensure that the maintenance of recreation parks is done with quality. To repair children's playing equipments and public facilities for visitors' use.
• To ensure trees are placed in nurseries and are taken care of, then planted in open areas and other necessary places.
• To carry out agricultural research studies for development in Kemaman Municipal Council.
